Christmas cake Pistachio (Bûche de Noël)

That time of the year has come for the highly anticipated Christmas cake. Inspired by the Bûche de Noël, a French Christmas cake that is appealing to the eye and a phenomenal taste. This cake is also known as a "Yule Log Cake", we just like to stick to the simple "Christmas Cake". This is the perfect desert when entertaining since it matches the atmosphere and truly brings in the Christmas Spirit.

The Bakery's King pistachio Christmas cake is made with a pistachio cream spread on a pistachio sponge that is rolled to the shape of a log, which is covered with pistachio cream layered to the shape of bark. Fresh cream on the end of the cake with a ring of chocolate, covered with white chocolate pieces and decorated for the Christmas occasion.

These cakes will only be available for pre order until just before Christmas, if you miss out this year, it will go till next year.
